•All items are sent by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ trackable priority service.
• Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 10 working days (domestic), 24 days (international).
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.
BSMT SPACE will not accept liability for damage/loss in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging on delivery before signing for, any obvious structural damage to the tubes/box must be brought to the attention of the postal delivery service before opening. We initially require photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receipt, we will however NOT accept photographic evidence as proof of a destroyed print, if we ask you to destroy the print - you are responsible for posting the stamp /signature and number corner to us at the address below, use a recorded service to avoid dispute.

We will only replace prints if replacements are available, otherwise you will be offered a full or part refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of BSMT SPACE.
